🚚 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is received and another email with tracking info once your order ships.

We currently ship to:

💵 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, customs, weather, or carrier issues.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your order through the carrier’s website.
📬 Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.
